We’ve been selected as the preferred residential partner for the proposed redevelopment of the brownfield Mercury Marina site in Hamble-le-Rice, Southampton.
The landowner MDL Marinas selected HAB to develop a range of houses and apartments at the site, as part of a rich, mixed-use scheme that will provide a community, leisure, and ecological benefits to the area.
Hamble is a picturesque riverside village between Southampton and Portsmouth, and the area offers a range of sailing facilities, a flourishing hospitality sector, good schools, and easy access to woodland, coast, and countryside.
The development is still in the early stages of discussion with the local community, and the next stage is a public exhibition which will take place at Hamble Village Memorial Halls, 4 High Street, Hamble-le-Rice, 2nd November from 4-9pm.
